The Word Hacking is fascinating for people because of how movies depict it, and show it like a piece of cake with nuclear weapon-type results but the truth is it isn't how it looks. These are some myths about hacking
- Hacking is easy and can be done in seconds.
Hacking is unpredictable it doesn’t have a defined time or method, there can be a path but not a fixed method to hack anything. there is no software available that will ask you what to hack and hack it for you, hacking doesn’t depends on any software or tool it can be done with or without it.
2. If you are a hacker then you can hack Instagram.
This is one of the biggest myths, there is no secret button to get access to someone’s account. There are methods like social engineering(researching on the victim and making the victim fall into your trap) or phishing(sending fake emails or making a fake website and making him enter his details) which can be used to get access. There is a new method where the victim clicks on the link and his account is gone. but the thing is these things don’t guarantee or are easy to do, nowadays many people are aware of dos and don’ts on the internet.
3. Hacking is illegal.
The Term Intension matters in every situation, in this case, hacking can be done for multiple reasons, there can be bad or good intent. Bad intent like revenge or money. Good intent like securing ourselves, making the internet more secure, or money.

4. Hacking can be learned in days.
The truth is it can be never learned completely when there is a new vulnerability of any product they fix it as soon as possible, so there is a new version to hack.
5. Hacking is GUI.
This myth exists because of movies that show hacking to be some 3d hologram or stark technology, but the truth is hacking is mostly done on terminals.
